Title: Fav Christmas Song? Post by: Totino on November 29, 2007, 11:20:48 AM Yeah I know I'm posting this a bit early, but we have a station already playing Christmas songs 24/7.
I'll go with: "Happy Christmas (War Is Over)" - John Lennon & Yoko Yeah I suppose it's a bit ironic that it's my favorite, but it's such a good tune. Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song? Post by: bringbackwigs on November 29, 2007, 11:24:23 AM I've yet to find one that exists.

Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song? Post by: bringbackwigs on November 30, 2007, 11:43:38 AM Good God! I just heard Bruce Springsteen sing some Christmas song, and it was both the most embarrasing and tragic thing I have ever heard.
Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song? Post by: IamMe on November 30, 2007, 12:52:50 PM They're corny. What am I supposed to do, walk around singing Jingle Bells while skipping down the boardwalk? Yeah. No. Although, back in elementary school chorus, it was enjoyable singing rudolph the red nosed reindeer.Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song? Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song? Post by: Gojira on December 04, 2007, 05:16:40 PM "All I want for Christmas is my two front teef!"
and... "Grandma got run over by a rein deer." Don't think those are the song titles but yeah...you get the idea. Any of the oldies. They got that jinglin' spirit in em. Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song? Post by: thief on December 09, 2007, 10:58:59 AM Carol of the Bells -hands down the best
The Mormon Tabernacle Boys Choir is outstanding. I prefer all of the older Christmas music, older meaning pre-1900's. My g/f like all the cartoony music, frosty the snowman, rudolph the red nosed reindeer etc. I think the classical Christmas music is some of the best peice of music ever created. It has so much depth and feeling. I used to be a singer in a state Chorus so I guess I am partial to the older stuff. Title: Re: Fav Christmas Song?
