Hello there!

I’m doing a trip around Europe next month and I will start with Paris, the city of romance! It’s my first time in France, and I don’t speak French, so I was thinking I should have some idea about  Paris accommodation  (http://www.pariscityguide.net/) before leaving. Anyone knows how to find a cheap hotel in Paris? And another thing, does anyone know if the  Ferris Wheel is open in September?  (http://www.pariscityguide.net/) I am grateful to anyone who can help me!
