Title: Al Gore Presidential Run
Post by: Toaster on October 12, 2007, 08:51:46 AM
I wonder, now that he shares in the Nobel Peace Prize, will he announce his candidacy?

A guy I knows insists he will and that he will be our next president.

He has been saying this all year, and he is a die hard GOPer. He thinks the GOP doesn't have a candidate that can beat Al.

Me, I'm not so sure he will even run.

He should be VP again, that way he'd be a Clinton's bitch twice.

All I know is Hillary would have a cow.

Which is exactly why he should run.  Even if he doesn't get the nomination, which he probably would, it would take her out of the running.

I doubt very seriously because to some, he was the 'rightful' President from which the election was stolen. He has the claim to the Presidency without ever having to fill the shoes, even for a day.

The legend of how great he WOULD have been can and will be much larger than what he could actually do.

The media have already propped him up as the greatest vice president we've ever had although for 8 years, I remember no significant move to stem greenhouse gases. He is able to work in those circles pontificating....blaming....and never having to deal with the consequences of his actions.

He's the consummate arm-chair quarterback.

Bush... let me repeat BUSH beat him in 2000 when we came of 8 year of peace and a good economy..

Just so you understand an inarticulate redneck from Texas who's DUI was leaked by Gores camp 3 days before the election BEAT gore.

GORE has so much baggage right now I would LOVE for him to enter the race and get the nomination.  I would love to see the Clinton's and Gores go at it!  they h ave so much dirt on each other and both have proven they will use dirt!!  This would be the best thing to happen to the republican party since the Gipper was elected.

The problem though is out of the republicans running I dint support any of them really.

I really think Condi should run..

He'd be the only saving grace on the democratic side and could have a great chance at beating Hillary. He's a strong leader and has integrity to bring the country foward and bring about better relations with the world. Honestly I hope him and Ron Paul go independent and take millions upon millions of votes away from both mainstream canidates. Right now I have my doubts he'll run, but I'd love to see him run so we'll see.

If he runs EVERYONE will call him a liar and a hypocrit... and it may be tough to survive that "right out of the gate" so I doubt he will run. I don't think he'll shy away from a position in a Democratic White House or even as someone's VP... but I don't think he'll try and run for President.

Mars and 22 other celestial bodies in our solar system have experienced increases in temperature.

That and warmer temps cause higher CO2 levels.

Bush... let me repeat BUSH beat him in 2000 when we came of 8 year of peace and a good economy..

Uhh, NO, thats not exactly true.  You mean to say that the Supreme Court decided Bush was the winner.  He didn't beat Gore, the courts decided n favor of the initial casting of delegates.

I'm certainly no Gore fan.  I think he is full of sh-t and just trying to make a buck selling you expensive crap, you don't need, to do something that will never happen.  One reason why building costs have increased so much in the past 5 years.  But hey, all that money is going to fund a perfectly good one world government designed specifically to regulate every single aspect of your life from half a world away.

But the fact of the matter is, Marvin Bush called the election by phone to FAUX News, it came down to Jeb Bush's state, and I won't even go into all the crap re: the hanging chads that were cut by the "special" paper company to actually cause the chads to hang.  People are in prison for that one, btw.

It is so nice that you would subject our elections to one more round of mud-slinging nonsense, good for nothing more that shock value.  And in the end wind up with a total scum-bag regardless of who actually wins.

But, you probably hope for this because the "leading republican nominees" are complete retards.  But now you know how the dems felt when they came up with Kerry as the nominee.  Btw, who do you support?  The closet homo who gets boo'ed by his home crowd at Yankee Stadium during a "GOD Bless America," or the failed actor (failed in politics, not acting) who has been called "Dumb as Hell," and a "Watergate mole," by Richard Nixon himself?

Maybe you just like Mitt.  You, like he, thinks that consulting attorneys is, in fact, the best course of action for a sitting President faced with an immenent attack on the homeland, right?  Good ole Mitt?

The problem though is out of the republicans running I dint support any of them really.

That's because, with the exception of Ron Paul, THEY ALL SUCK!!!!!  CFR chills getting paid to endorse an illegal immoral foreign policy while ignoring the destruction of our dollar and the massing debt being colateralized by land being given to the United Nations and the World Bank through programs like the World heritage Fund, and the Biosphere Project aka Agenda 21.

I really think Condi should run..

Never mind her mushroom cloud comments, or her lack of action regarding the Ben Laden reports, or her policy defense of torture, rendition, and civil rights violations.  Let's just have more of the same, cause it's working so good.

But you probably do want Hillary in '08.

He will probably just enjoy his honors and not run. That will not stop him from political involvement such as endorsing and campaigning for a candidate-certainly not Hillary! He will possible just play the pompous and sanctimonious wiseman something he is definitely qualified to do.

AHAHAHA. Man, somewhat should bring that up in a mock interview. Classic.

Not to go off topic, but this award means absolutely nothing after they've given it to terrorists and facists. Oh and you have the fact that Gore is a hypocrite. But I guess I shouldn't topic hijack.

Plus, he gets points for NOT breaking his word. That amid all this popularity and a very good chance of actually getting the nomination if he just tried, he STILL doesn't run.

That'll look good.

And the Democratic front runners will most deffinately NOT forget it. If he entered he would DESTROY their lead.

Don't lump Fascists with terrorists. Fascists are for stability and scientific rational progress.
