Shocked The Teddy Bear Moses will strike forth!  Huh?

Legalize weedy politicians? Of general weedy folk?

Is that in the Democrat's mandate?

The Republicans have no place for weeds in their party.

This strange woman is mudering the flag of America.

The Hillarity Clinton would like to get a political man date.

Okay...

Hello Illy... you have a point to make to this point of political gravity?

I am very intrigued on what you have to say on the Duke of Edinburgh mudering Princess Diana (who was very illy in that tunnel).

I am talking to a reliable source who is telling me that the Duke of Edinburgh has decided that the Bill Clinton would make him a very reliable private secretary.

He might have to be renamed the Bill of Clinton, but he apparently has some very good accountancy qualifications, and a state state-of-the-art calculator (no tax money therefore needed to buy one).

No more need for catapults (though always a need for braces to keep up the Ducal loinbreeches).

The Duke of Edinburgh is now calling himself Prince Philip - he clearly has delusionings of grandeur, and wants to be King of the World.

The Bill Clinton likes everyone much - and he must beware of the catapults the Duke of Edinburgh carries tied to the back of his braces. The Bill Clinton would be a devastating loss to humanity at large.
22  Political Discussions / Political Humor / Re: Naming of the President's other half? on: November 03, 2007, 12:18:10 PM
If Mrs. Clinton does get elected I'll laugh my socks off if they do call him First Gentleman - because a less 'gentlemanly' fellow one could not possibly meet.

How about First Polisher instead?
23  Political Discussions / Political Humor / Naming of the President's other half? on: November 03, 2007, 09:14:22 AM
Will the Bill Clinton be called the First Gentleman?

Technically, that would be correct in a literary sense.

AN ARTICLE THAT TALKS TO DIANA.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=205382&in_page_id=1770

They are thinking that it was NOT the Duke of Edinburgh, but it was Prince Charles with the catapult.

THEY are wrong, and Britain is diminished, and politically upheaved, by the scheming Duke of Edinburgh. HE DID IT! But his assassination of Diana has paved the way to the end of aristocracy, and the beginnings of a European Superstate (be afraid America because in revenge the Duke of Edinburgh might muder the Bill Clinton).

Jericoacoara,

I suggest you have a jibe at a country you know fairly well.

I am just looking for any 'amusing' anecdotes on their political situations (in general), but their social ambiance is a good target too.

Ireland: Awwww, blimey. Another country of fine beer, and fine cuisine. We looked to our fellow Irishmen in America (to be sure!) to support our defeat of the Imperialist and non-Catholic British by giving money to the IRA (someone's terrorist is not anothers). They are not hypocrites post-2001, are they??? Bog-trotting is fun, and so is eating potatoes, says the terribly honoest politician Gerry Adams.

you have nothing political about Germany in your post,,, unless colors mean something else,,,

The fact that they have a female president/chancellor before America has - the autobahns are ten times better than U.S. Highways, the full arm salute/wave is sincerely banned?

Yes, those are political enough - and the rest is here because this is the so-called humor thread.
27  Political Discussions / Political Humor / Describe a country (in a political sense). on: October 20, 2007, 10:32:28 AM
Yes, in a political sense; but add whatever descriptions add to its social unease (like rural behaviours, if you can).

I will start with Germany/Deutschland....

Germany is a land of good beer, fashion faux pas, waving your arm only below the elbow (yes, this is a serious political statement), strange color choices, friendly farmers, a female president, and very strong and fast highways.

why should people apologize for stuff they didn't do?

Mr Chovy - these people disagree with you

From this we can see why The Duke of Edinburgh must apologize for the mudering of beautiful Princess Diana and her posse!

Lay off the acid homie.

The Duke of Edinburgh might use your recommendation of acid next. Here he is:

Is this homie word Greek? Or Portugean?

We are treated! The Helwigs symposium are promooting a modern replica of how the mudered Helwig used to fight.

The water tactics might well pay off in the Arabian Gulf, with Iranian sailors not being able to defy a large octopus as well as Helwig is seen to be doing here (look) -

Helwigs hound is very pleased and happy at seeing his friend come out of the water (much like those British sailors out of Iran recently).
