Depends on what you mean by "good"

If one factors in the skill and mastery each individual has on each instrument....you can't beat Dream Theater.

Slash's phrasing on the guitar is all you need.

Just because Dragonforce can shred a guitar to pieces doesn't mean its great guitar playing. 

But I don't fall into that whole "Technique" is everything crowd so yeah.  I prefer listening to a story.

Slash's stories are some of my favorites.
