Muslims certainly like christians more tha jews (but wait until chritstian set up a christian state in the ME just like Israel).
But do jews treat christians worse than muslims treat christians? I don't know.
But there are extremists on both sides who hate christians.
Now don't mix "christian" with "westerner".
Radical islamists hate anything that's west-looking while jewish orthodox hate those who claim Jesus was the messiah (and are jealous, sort of, of having missed him - muslim on the other hand, have made a compromise and put him in their list of prophet so they don't lose everything)
Christian arabs are still arabs and closer to muslims than jews from Russia could be.
If you are a jewish arab, no problem, but I don't know if that exists...

I have few jew and christians friends, I admit that I am more closer to christians than others!
I think both christians and muslims are victims of occupation; Jerusalem itself is full of foreign christians as the the documentary shows.

Why on earth Muslims should be unfriendly with Christians in Israel when Jews are majority in there? Jews are not different than Muslim majority in Egypt or Christian majority in US which terrorizes minority members,,, Minorities tend to unite against majority's mainstream nationalists/religious fanatics...
Now Palestinakos why can't i get Canadian citizenship? They don't accept dumb and poor ppl with no education? racism imho,,, considering your SS roots you in the right place... so why the f some retard arab should get citizenship only because he claims he is something that have never existed
