I am curious about "I am Legend"

has anyone seen this yet or planning too.  It seems like a good movie, but I get tired of the whole zombie plot line.  If anyone sees this movie please let us know how it is.

It takes a lot for me to go out and pay $15 for a movie (like Superbad, twice). I'll wait for the DVD.

I just rented superbad.  I thought it was great, better than Knocked Up, but not quite as funny as 40 year old virgin

This movie looks really good. I believe my sister went and saw it today... Next time I talk to her I'll get some input.

I would like to see a good rendering of the book in movie format.  The two previous I have seen were pretty bad.

There were two others? Was Will Smith in them? If Will Smith wasn't in them, then I see no reason to see it. Have you seen his abs? Rock solid. Washboard abs, dude.

I read the book, it was pretty good I think the movie is a vast departure from the book. The book took place int the suburbs of LA and the movie takes place in NY. I haven't seen the movie yet but it does look entirely different from the book.

Have any of you seen the movie Trilogy of Terror? Matheson, the same author of "I am legend" also wrote a short story about a Zuni Warrior doll. That thing still creeps me out, what the hell were my parents thinking when they let me watch that movie when I was 7.

Get blockbuster home delivery. You can get all the movies you can handle, plus if you "lose" the movie they don't care.  I know a guy who filled his DVD collection this way.  Frankly, I have too much moral fortitude.

I'm 15 and go to a regular high school, so watching it was like watching what I experience every day (I drink a lot too), so it wasn't that special. I did like all the scenes with the cops, though.
