Yeah, he's not really a Republican, at least not a modern republican. Plus I think he realized that he would never get a chance to get his message out without siding with a major party. I never heard of him until the youtube debate, and if he didn't run with a major party he wouldn't be able to participate in the major televised debates, and tv time is something that Paul is sorely lacking.

Maybe I should just start making brochures and passing them around since no one else seems to have heard of him.

I know. He makes the biggest one day hauls of ANY candidate TWICE... and he gets an hour of face time.

What the hell? I mean, anyone who can do that (even if *I* personally don't like them) deserve's more... especially when these donations aren't made by rich people or corporations, but average Americans who can only really give $100 to a campaign.
