Foreclosures and the future depression
«

Last week on the front page of our local paper there was an article about how a family is getting kicked out of their home by Wachovia. The fact that they had to be out by 12-24-07 was a little depressing.
This made me reflect on the possibility of our future depression. We are heading down that road if we don't get with the program and that is good economics. Don't spend what you don't have.

here's
the story

With all the financial industry's bailouts from the US gov't, and UK, I'm not going to be surprised when it starts to have an exponential impact on the economy (the snowball effect).

Ebenezer Scrooge is alive and well at Wachovia.
