Close but I'm thinking Pats 35, Giants 24

I really want the Giants to win though.

And it doesn't look like that will happen. Thus the Pats are getting a 16-0 regular season Tongue

It was scary for a while.

All Hail the Pats!

Now, lets forget about it and focus on the Super Bowl.

Well....the Giants are only the 3rd team this season to come within 3 pts of beating the Pats.

You must have been loving the First half and early third quarter.  I was freaking out.

Great game, though.  I kinda like the Jints and feel bad that Baby Bro had the interception - he played a great game, mostly.

I think the Jints gave a good shot against TB.

Here's a surprise I just found out:

Carolina beat Tampa Bay
Atlanta beat Seattle (I spit my drink out)
Houston owned Jacksonville.

I picked all three of those teams.

Three playoff teams against three bad teams, with the playoff teams sitting starters.

BAL over PIT.

Not to be too dramatic, but it goes to show how impressive the Pats were this season, that any team could be good or bad on a given day.

Thank God we finally won one against my least favorite team. I was on the edge of my seat and when he threw that interception I knew we had finally broken the streak. It's bitter but at least we can move on and watch Pats trump the Steelers (again).

Roethlisberger and Ward would've at least forced this game into overtime if they were there.

Probably, but still.  I always liked Batch and hoped he would be a good QB but he just kept throwing INT's in DET.

So, MicF, what's the prognosis for BAL?  Ogden (one of the greats) is retiring (possibly) and they have some issues (is it coaching, or some key positions that need filling?).

JO might retire, Suggs might be leaving also and Billick might be staying here at least another year, although most of our losses are because of bad play-calling. That and injuries. Heap, McAlister, Lewis, Rolle and Pryce: those were a lot of the good players on the team.

Brian Billick just got fired. Watching it on the news right now, it's on every public news station.

With the Super Bowl coming up in a few weeks I thought we should talk about it. I must say I'm surprised that the Colts lost to the Chargers today, I mean I expected them to beat them by at least a touchdown.

As for the NFC I prefer for the Giants to win, as they came closer to beating the Pats (should it happen) than the Cowboys did.
