WHich is missrepresentative, the article goes on to say that he is doing this not becuase of religion but becuase of all the frivoulous lawsuits filed in the US today.

Is this the guy who also wanted to sue George Bush and George W.?  And a whole other string of silly lawsuits...?

No. He's making the point that some law suits are simply not worth the time of the US Judiciary.

There are more importnat matters.

For God's sake, when you have Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown handing down decisions on TELEVISION you start to see that the courts aren't really taken very seriously.

He's making a good point, I think, and doing it in a very ingenious way. Some of his statements in the lawsuit are quite funny, actually.
