Antiblasphemy laws are indeed exist in many countries; I think in 2005-2006 a rock concert blaspheming God name in Germany was forbidden by authority!

However those laws are quite discreet  and not really activated as anti-diffamation rules!


If that is true it is most likley stopped because it would offend too many people, ever since a particular instance Germany has been carefull to not be too offensive. I wonder why...

Who cares who it offends? Why should religious people be insulate from offence in a way other groups are not?

I agree that we shouldn't care who we offend, I was just attempting to explain why Scientology has laws against it in Germany. Precisly because Germany has a harsh history when it comes to dangerous belief systems.
