just because u call it "pre-emptive" it doesn't become that. Pre-emption means undermining a gathering attack. There is no indication whatsoever that any attack is being prepared by Iran on anyone. Just because they have beards and scream "Death to Amrika" wouldn't allow u to make an impressive case for "pre-emption". But Israel doesn't care who thinks what. But there is a price to pay. If there is a strike on Iran, it will never go to history as "pre-emptive".

Pre-emptive depends on what the attacker believe, not what the attacked will say.
If Israel believes that Iran builds nukes in order to prepare for anattack, the strike will be Pre-emptive. Of course the Mullahs will say that it was an unprovoked and unjustified agression.
I, personaly, says it will be Pre-emptive because it will prevent a future nuclear war. That's in this sens that I used the adjective Pre-emptive.
