Its official according to CNN International at 12:45 GMT -6 on the date of 2/18/08

I don't have any links b/c I could find it yet...I think its still that fresh.  Give it an hour and I'm sure it will be out everywhere.

How exciting. If Raoul is elected, I wonder what his economic reforms will include. Will private markets be opened, and if so to what extent?

Also, it is quite funny to see Castro wearing an Addidas shirt.  Cheesy

I think Raul is going to be just like Castro but with less efficiency.  Raul has continued to oppressive gov't since he has been the interim dictator...why would he change it up now?
