.. actually we have 'bombed' Pakistan with a Predator from Afghanistan.

Not that kind of bombing, just avoiding going to war with Pakistan altogether.

I can think several US administrations that were more incompetent in the history of the world.

Buchanan, Harding, Pierce, Cater, Nixon...just a few off the top of my head
