Note from the above that what you are reading as a Beijing address is the address of China Telecom and NOT the address of my IP which has to go through the network hub in Guangzhou City, as do all computer IP's in Guangdong Province, which has a population of roughly 300 million people!

Just to try and help - for the heck of it - the China Daily tried the IP bit some time ago, but because all traffic is cycled through the network hubs, they couldn't identify a single IP address just from the numeric IP.

This is a big problem for businesses in the area as well. When some low quality company - of which, there are many - in Guangdong Province goes about the idiotic game of flooding the world with spam emails and some other morons - not mentioning from which country but a couple initials are U.S.A. and Italy - then block the entire range of IP addresses marking them as spam, or when some low-quality company like SpamCop also blocks an entire range of Ip's, it interferes with legitimate businesses including foreign companies operating in the area - of which there are thousands.

It is a serious problem which is why my personal company website is hosted by Canaca.com so that my email is cycled through their server, first.

Obviously another aspect of China that isn't known, here.

I have participated in another thread on this forum, and no problems, but the posters there didn't have a pre-conceived notion based on lies and misinformation and all was well since we were discussing something different.

When one has knowledge and is trying to show the self-lobotomized that what they "think" they know is as far from the truth as is Lac La Biche from Tierra del Fuego, one has little option than to try and provide documented proof from sources that are not biased. I've done so with this idiotic anti-China crap for some time, but gee, seems the self-lobotomized would rather wallow in their own ignorance than even bother to try and learn the truth or even sources where they can go to be exposed to the truth.

I picked this thread on Tibet because it is disgusting the lying crap that is being written about the history and present of Tibet. I understand that it is difficult for those already so convinced by lies that they feel the lies are real, but that shouldn't impede their ability to at least expose themselves to the "other side" to at least try and get a balanced view of things.

As for being a government stooge - oh that it were so, it would make things so much easier for me. Like all governments, like for example the Canadian government, working for the govt. gives one such peace of mind and such a full bank account! It would be sweet! But au contraire mon frere, I have to work for a living, this bit, coming to any forum to debunk the idiotic propaganda garbage being spewed like so much vomitous after a Canucks game, is done because the Truth is more important...and it's midnight here and I have some free time.
