Hi there;
Contrary to islam, Why women still not allowed to teach and preach in church?
Is it only because bible states that her only right in church is to stay silencer?

Because Christianity is a relic of a male-dominated society.

Not 100% sure about this but (and I don't support it), the Catholic viewpoint is that the Disciples of Jezus were also male. Thus women can't become priests.
Nonetheless women can do multiple jobs in the Church, including reading from the bible (Readings during a Sermon).

I don't know about synagogues, but I know that in Islam women may be preachers.
Mosques are quite-secular places, they can teach religion, morals as well as math, biology, astronomy...etc.

To sum up thoughts of our little paki friend " Christian women who seeks important religious roles should convert to Islam".
Mosques are as secular as other religious places. What you meant to say that religious who study religion study other subjects along with it so they will able to count till 10 and speak their own language besides training memory with some utterly unimportant transcripts they read in religious books.
This is a must in order to live in modern society nor secularism, my dear paki friend.

Women do have an important role, if they want, in catholic christianism.
They can indeed read the bible during the mass (the priest always let a emember of the assembly to go to the microphone and read - it's a tradition).
It's usualy women who teach and preach outside the church (the building) and this role is recognized by the church (the institution) authorities.
But even better: In absence of priest a woman can celebrate the mass, albeit a vanilla version.
She cannot hold the title of priest because there is no imam woman or rabbi woman neither. God in all islamo-judeo-christian religions is a old man with a long beard, how come a woman could represent him?
Ever heard a muslim women atop of a minaret calling for prayer? The only noise they can make in public, at some occasion, is lullulating behind the cover of their black head2toe chador.
