The morning we all wake up and realize Iran has in possession an Islamic bomb will be a different morning. You are correct. And the naive mentality if inaction until this happens will result on the actual, catastrophe. Too late for I told you so's, the Israelis will not tolerate an atomic Iran. It's simply not going to happen. |

I agree.
The morning Iran has nukes will be exactely the same as when the USSR anounced world that they had nukes.
Here we go again, back to the old cold war madness, back 60 years.
Half a century we lived under fears that the planet would explode. Barely 15 years after we finaly got rid of that threat and that we can breath freely, we will live throught that again another half century.

I shall mark US independence day in the diary for fireworks display in Iran . Read the title of the thread. It says Israel not US. Can't understand what you are getting so excited about. Never mind the 50 cents make sure you leave your address and I shall come and redeem my bet with interest of course. My advice is to use heavy ordinance fireworks in hope it will confuse our targeting abilities and laser guided weaponry. Note I said hope, don't put your remaining 35 cents on such nonsense. We'll probably be able to see and target Mahmoud's nose hairs if we need to. Your fireworks display..the one yer gonna use to mark our independence...does it come with a rescue and recovery platform, yer gonna need it. |

In fact "Israeli" plane could take off from Iraq. Of course that will be abit bigger than the raid on Syria but effects will be the same. What can Iran do once their facilities are reduced to dust? Ask Hezbullah to attack Israel? Ask Moqtada to atack US troops in Iraq? Ask Chavez to stop shipping oil to the US? Nope. They already tried it and their only option will be to STFU. If Iran is wise they will stop enrichement before that happen. And if they are realy wise they have stopped it already. |
