Vicotin + Ice packs + ergonomic equipment + physical therapist + driving 2 days a week = neck still in pain!
Conslusion? -- I'm getting older.

Proper posture in front of the computer? Very important!
I had some stiffness, then I switched pillows. That was the solution!

i got a new pillow...it helps, but the computer is the killer for me. I have bad posture, probably a bad height for my KB.

that sucks to be in so much pain. It was the pain of being over weight that caused me to just attack it and lose some weight... I still have 30lbs to lose after losing about 15 so far. UGH!

i did learn a few good exercises and stretches for my neck today...also, the keyboard position is a key factor (and posture).
pulling the keyboard as close as possible works.
