no no no tequila should NEVER be mixed with beer, just vodka yes ALWAYS vodka!  Try this (for a glass) : 1 part vodka + 1/4 part instant Coffee (dissolve it in the vodka) + 2 (or 3) parts Coca Cola (or Pepsi Cola)  and be careful when you add the coke - it will bubble up  |

Its been about 2 weeks since I got my new chair and split keyboard, and it is slowly but surely starting to reduce the neck pain.

Did you get one of those knee chairs? I've been told they help. I might have to look into some stuff like that (ergonomic chairs and keyboards). I see a lot of continuous time in front of a desk this in my future. I graduate and start working as a draftsman full time in about six weeks. Some of the guys at the office have 5 or 6 mousepads to elevate their wrists off keyboard and mouse. I'd like to start thinking about this kind of stuff before neck and back pain become a big problem. |
