It's almost official. They had an agreement on 2011. (That's 10 years after 9/11).
Do you think it will come through?
Well, it certainly fits in with Barack Obama's time frame. Maybe it's a premonition of things to come. Obama has said that all troops depending on the ground situation, would be gone 16 months after he gets into office (withdrawing two brigades a month). I expect the Iraqi's want a little 'hand holding' until they have enough well trained police and army. Some have mentioned a force of 30-50,000 troops both to stabilise and to train past the original time frame.
We shall see.
