No, you've run away from more threads than anyone else here.
I have? Can you give me any examples?

POND, while I also agree with PARTS of your statement but it is apparent that you posted only on issue important TO YOU. as was stated earlier,,,I think by Gommi, the beliefs and concerns of the American populace are as varied as that population.
Every society in history has been plagued by i8gnorant fools who are happier to plod along chewing their cud than to risk actually thinking.
I am always amazed when people suddenly "wake up" and realize some of the things that their government has done and have to chuckle alittle about how they would react if the true scope of reality was shown to them.

Yes, I mentioned issues important to me. I don't expect everyone to care about the exact same issues as I do, but some issues should be universal. For instance, ALL Americans should care about whistle blowers. We should ALL CARE ABOUT GOOD PEOPLE WHO TOOK RISKS TO TELL US THE TRUTH. Of course most Americans care NOTHING ABOUT WHISTLE BLOWERS as most Americans are pathetic, brainwashed morons.

You mean you've actually seen people "wake up" from their ignorant slumber? I've seen it happen to people I haven't seen in years, who've come up and said: "Ok, you were right"...I have a standard answer as well:....I will say: "I'm not going to say it", they will say, "go ahead" .....then it comes out..."Ok...I told you so". But it's usually people who have gone through some life changing trauma or change of fortune.

Americans do care. They are just ignorant. For example, blacks vote Democrat because they think the Republican base is racist (dating back to the civil war slavery debate). Both parties are the same in my opinion. But Republicans look after american interest and do not lie to their faces and have higher morals than democrats. That is just my opinion.

I don't see a lot of morals in either party. You say Americans care, but I do not see it. For example, I have posted a Senate report on Military Testing dozens of times on internet forums. Yet even though I gave a link to this report, which covers testing the US Government has ADMITTED to doing on it's own servicemen, few Americans have ever bothered to read it. The report is 87 pages long and as soon as I found it, I printed it and made time to read it. The report made me so angry at times I had to put it down and walk away to calm down several times. Because of the horror stories in that report it took me 3 days to read something which should have only taken me an hour, or two to read. Another good example is the approval process for rBGH. I have posted that information numerous times as well, yet people aren't interested in a potentially dangerous health risk in our dairy products. While many Americans have started caring about rBGH, it took over a decade for them to really catch on. I mean really, what does it take to get the American people to care about their fellow Americans being punished for trying to protect OUR OWN FUCKING HEALTH? Early casualties were scientists at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) during the drug’s evaluation. Chemist Joseph Settepani, in charge of quality control for the approval process of veterinary drugs at the Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), testified at a public hearing about threats to human safety. Soon after, he was reprimanded, threatened, stripped of responsibilities, and relocated a trailer at an experimental farm. In later testimony before a congressional subcommittee, Settepani said, “Dissent [at CVM] is not tolerated if it could seriously threaten industry profitsHOW CAN PEOPLE NOT CARE ABOUT THIS? It is a disgrace. Our government has sold out the people, punishing and firing good people in our government, just for trying to protect American citizens. SICKENING.

Specifically, what makes you say Republicans "don't lie" and have "higher morals" than Democrats?

Oh c'mon man. They tell you homosexuality is evil then go running for sex in the mens washroom. They stand up in front of any authority (Congressional, judicial) and lie to them bold faced, "I do not recall" 40 times. I mean I can accept your opinion but are you really being honest with yourself here? Ahk

And the poster boy for partisanship adds his 2 cents. Yes, Clinton was a scumbag, just like almost all politicians, Republican, or Democrat. Of course, I have done some bad things in my life, luckily I don't recall what they were, when they happened, of if I was even there.

I am bi-partisn The point was liberasl try to point teh finger all the time and forget they are the party that cheer like teenage girls watching the jonas brothers for Clinton. If you are a republican and get caught breaking the law you are kicked to the curb.

If you are a republican and get caught breaking the law you are kicked to the curb. Well, I do agree that some liberals seem a little hypocritical, but so do Republicans. Ollie North was treated like a hero, just for lying to protect his president. Ollie was no hero. He was a scumbag, caught up in a scummy operation, run by a scummy government which is made up of scumbags. I find it hard to believe you are voting for Obama, but if that's true, then I might be wrong about you. In my opinion, both candidates represent the "status quo" and no matter which one is elected, no significant, positive change will occur in this country. None. Zero, zilch, nada.

None.
Zero, zilch, nada. This is absolutely true.
