I've heard a lot of talk about that Lil Wayne is the best rapper, but i disagree. Tupac wrote texts a 100 times better than Lil Wayne. When you listen to Wayne's song Lollipop, it isn't that much text. Its just lollipop through the whole song (maybe not whole, but the most of the song). But when you listen to Tupacs song, it isn't just one word, it's about something. Maybe I don't like todays hip-hop, but i still think that Tupac is better.

Being the best rapper is roughly equivalent with being the manure shoveler.  I'm sure one may be better, but finding people that care may be tough.

Tupac.

Wayne is a great rapper and all but against Pac, that's a losing battle.
