Spencer Hughes is on the radio talking about it now. According to him, a Supreme Court decision in 1999 proclaiming schools to be liable should one of these hugs be deemed harassment.
This is the country these trial happy lawyers have brought us.

What state do you live in again? NC. I've seen her tell 3 different accounts within a five minute stretch without the judge so much as batting an eye. I have no trust in the system and SURE AS HELL don't want one of those pricks in the WH. |

Look, this school had a very simple straight forward rule against PDA's, the kid could not be bothered to pay attention to that. Sounds like this kid has a short attention span, likely ADD, let's get her on Riddlin. In fact, let's get em all on Riddlin, or maybe Prozac.
Just remember the new motto for our schools, when it comes to rearing the next generation of Americans, "Drugs, not hugs"
