Today I'm suffering from neck pain (no big surprise there)...and a sore throat. I'm also having tooth pain from two crowns that I'm waiting on.

Meh, I've got my problems, but I don't think they are any worse than anyone else's.

I had back problems when I played drums more. Sitting in front of a computer all day doesn't help.

It helps with general health.  Strengthens the whole body and you feel good mentally also.  It's a bitch at first, but you switch off and then you get to like it. 

That's a lie.  But the benefits outweigh the boredom and pain.
