RF, how would you explain the Brute Fact of something?
For example, don't you believe that God always existed? That is your Brute Fact. How do you explain it? If you can't, can I say that it is checkmate and other such asinine claims?
You keep claiming I am creating Red Herrings, but I have answered your question and then some. I am continuing the conversation.
The sad thing is, we both agree Logic is Necessary, so I don't have to prove to you that it holds - you already accpet it, and it fits into the Materialist view - since Materialism asserts that it couldn't be otherwise (is ANY of this sinking in?).
You are the one with a wide-eyed, wild hypothesis that you can't prove or account for.
So, just to be clear: I have accounted for the laws of logic in the Materialist paradigm. It is Brute Fact. It can be no other way. You have not offered how it can be.
I have also accounted for the misuse of logic, which is a construct of language, and your question of how it can be misused in light of the laws of logic is about the silliest line of thought I have ever experienced.
Have you considered that you are simply confused?

More interesting questions. I implore you to start a new post so these and the other diversionary questions can be addressed in an appropriately titled posting.
You have described and stated the obvious that anyone of us can observe. You have not shown how logic fits into the materialistic framework that has everything in this universe (logic included) derived and sourced from material. Near the beginning of this thread you and Callum both agreed that logic exists from the beginning but you didn't trace it back to material. Likewise you have not explained how material first started to use logic and how material started to misuse logic.

yes we have. I am sorry if you are so blinded by your world view that stresses ignorance and foolishness.
