Makes sense to be higher since it's war time.
If you listen to the news alot you can hear about recruiting scandals. I remember one couple signed up and claimed they were told they wouldn't be sent to Iraq. Both of them ended up being told they would be deployed, they went AWOL, and got sent to prison.
I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case in alot of these. But I really don't know who is stupid enough to think that if they join the Army they don't have great chances of being sent to Iraq. Ignornace is bliss?

You also have to add in the fact that alot of guys keep doing these lengthy repeat tours. That sure as hell won't help.
