The most important time is the present. The action we take in each moment is a breath in or out. If we marry each moment to our breath and nothing else we will become meditative. In that instant we will learn to cherish each moment of our lives and not speculate about a future were people probably have forgotten to value the moment.

I agree we spend so much time  worrying about what happened in the past or what may happen in the future we forget to savor the now.
